Knowing that my husband was ill, we asked Bruce Williams Homes to design a custom home for us with a 2-bedroom "in-law" suite, so that we could join households with our son and his family. Their design was extraordinary and suited specifically to our needs. I moved into the new home, along with my son's family, in 2018.
We had a great experience with Bruce Williams Homes. Our goal was to build a new Old Home. From the custom elevation to the inside design with period correct and vintage finishes BWH understood our goals and helped us to achieve them. Many thanks to Bruce Williams Homes.
Bought one of their homes in 2002 and highly recommend them to everyone. I now see they are building on larger lots in Terra Cia and hope to go check that out this weekend. If I have an acre or 2 I would try to have them build the model I am in with a few additions or modifications and I am sure I would be just as happy as I was all those years ago. Great job!
I use to clean the new construction homes for Bruce Williams years ago. I use to look forward to cleaning the houses, they were very pleasant to work for. Best built homes I have ever cleaned!
I live in a Bruce Williams home, and it's the most poorly built home I have lived in - and I've lived in 14. Most of the problems stem from using poor subcontractors and lowest grade builders material. Couple that with stalling tactics to fix defects and you get a highly unsatisfactory result. Example problems are shoddy drywall work where seams are obvious, electric outlets that come out of he wall when you pull the plug, and use of not-treated wood frames in outside doors that rot in a matter of a few years. Caveat Emptor!
