Dr Adams was absolutely amazing! The whole care team at Kaiser was and is amazing. Not only did they treat me very well, I watched how they treated other people and nothing changed. I would recommend Kaiser to everyone
This urgent care visit was by far the best I have ever had and my first as a KP member. From the time I arrived until I left was only about 30 minutes total, which is incredibly efficient. Dr. Adams was very personable, and thoroughly answered all my questions. When I told him about a specific concern I had, he sat down next to me and listened very carefully, allaying my concerns with the tests he ordered. He returned promptly with the results and explained what he was looking for and that everything was fine.
