I could not seem to get a good prescription and glasses out of which I could actually SEE well at two other places. Dr. Cline was able to get me the right prescription and I had my glasses made there at his place. We had a small hiccup with glasses when I got them, but no problem, they fixed them and I have been very happy with glasses for almost 3 years! Time flies! Dr. Cline and his staff do an excellent job caring for my family of four's exam, contact and glasses needs. They go out of their way to make sure we get the most benefit from our insurance and there is simply not a better eye doc than Dr. Cline, as we have experienced both for routine care and urgent issues.

Love the staff...they always try to get you in when it fits your schedule. Dr. Cline is very personable and cares about your eye health. Elvis, who works there, is awesome and the ladies at the desk are great. I would not go anywhere else.

Actual medical service is good, but their business practices are questionable at best. They refused to refill a contact lens prescription even though it was a valid prescription and had not yet expired. This is another example of OD's "it's too close to the end of your prescription period and we need you to come in to make sure your prescription hasn't changed" scam. If that is the case, then don't issue a prescription for a full year!
