Called to make an appointment due to a fall. Got scheduled same day. Arrived 30 min u tes prior to appointment and knew I would have to wait because they were adding me in. Had a very good visit and the Dr. And staff were so nice and took great care of me.
IME appt. Dr didn't listen, didn't answer questions, told me he wasn't allowed to give me advice or his opinion. He tried to coach me to word my accident the way he wanted it worded. He wouldn't listen to even understand accident. Long wait, very rude staff., no vitals taken, Wouldn't send anyone to this guy.

Well this was an IME appt I arrived 30 minutes early and still sat in waiting room for over 1 hour past my scheduled time as people who came way after me were seen before me. Then brought to the room while I filled out my second round of papers that not a single nurse or doctor touched. Waited for another 30 minutes for the doctor. Then I was hit multiple times on my knee cap in my hip. I've had 3 knee surgeries and hip surgery and have never been hit, pushed, or pulled in such an unorthodox way
I felt that Dr Sommerville was very comfortable to talk to and explained what he saw and my options. He let me know his recommendation but left all decesions up to me. He told me what to expect from surgery or not having surgery. He explained how my age affected my decesion. He took enough time as I needed and I never felt rushed. I would feel very comfortable recommending to a friend or family member.
