I am concerned regarding a recent problem in patient care at NW Eye Care Professionals. Four times, during office hours, I had to call to request a prescription refill when the local pharmacy reported the Clackamas office was not responding to their request to refill that prescription; at 12:03 on 6/29, 11:16 on 7/2, and 12:50 & 1:45 on 7/3.
