Dr. Kava is exceptional in the care he shows towards his patients. He never rushes through his consults, is thorough and explains things in a manner that is easy to understand.
I had a procedure with Dr Kava and the experience was excellent but it is impossible to get a follow up appointment. The office does not respond. It has been more than a year since my procedure. They never call me back for the next appointment as they offer and I only saw one of his associates once after the procedure, after that they cancelled my next appointment and the next date they gave me for next week I had to cancelled it due a a work trip and the next appointment they are giving me is for January 27!
