Great experience, very professional and caring.
I can't say enough how much you should avoid this office. They messed up a filling and had to redo it multiple times, only for me to see a new dentist and have them show me that he completely screwed it up so bad that now I need to get a root canal. I stopped going after they cancelled my last appointment with almost no notice and no one was answering the phones to help me reschedule. But I'm glad I got out of there. Dr. Parker is awesome. I made a life-changing decision when I approached him about Lumineers. He took care of me, year-to-year, without any hesitation. He is a good man and a great dentist. What satisfies me the most is that his staff is so freaking awesome and personable, to include Dr. Parker himself. Such a good place to go if you need anything done, period, regardless of what you pay. He is worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Parker for changing my life...love and respect, brother!
Don’t be fooled by the high rating. If you look at reviews only in the past 3 years, the average is actually 1.9/5. I think this may have been a good practice in the past, but that isn’t the case any longer. The only exception is my hygienist (idk his name, the website isn’t up to date). He’s terrific, and if it weren’t for him, and the fact that I don’t require any major dental work, I would’ve stopped going here much sooner. The office is poorly run. I had a very disappointing experience at this practice due to what many would consider substandard dental care. A crown was placed improperly, excess cement was not removed, and the crown itself was not adjusted for proper occlusion. This led to significant discomfort and abnormal pressure when biting. Rather than remaking the crown, it was ground down extensively to compensate, compromising its structural integrity. As a result, the crown eventually cracked and I required a root canal.
