Dr. Mercado has been my dentist for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust him and his expertise. He's has done crowns, filled cavities, and does a thorough yearly exam. He shares his findings with my periodontist and vice versa and I appreciate that. He has a really calm "dental chair manner" and I know that's important to many who fear dentists. Lastly, if he finds you have a dental issue, such as a root canal, he will recommend a specialist for you.
I always have a good experience at this dental office. Highly recommend.
I have been seeing Dr. Opie for over 2 years now and have had a good experience. I have never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes past my appointment time and my hygienist is always friendly and efficient.
Professional experience. Hygienist was accomplished in her craft, and Dr. Opie was as congenial as always. Dr. Opie took the time to explain treatment options and respected my decision.
Can't say enough about the entire staff and both Dr. Mercado and Dr. Opie.Great service from everyone.
The team at Clarkston Dental Group is outstanding. From the front office staff to the dental assistants to the doctors - it is all a seamless, friendly, and professional process. I'm never concerned about my quality of care, since every step of the way is handled so well!
Prompt friendly greeting from receptionist. Tracy did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth without causing pain and explaining what she saw as she does it. I'm appreciative for not being made to feel guilty about only coming in once per year. Dr. Opie is always upbeat and friendly and also checks me out to ensure nothing was missed. Very positive experience. This was my second visit and I'm very please I switched to this dental office.
GENERALLY ONE GRINGES at the thought of a dental visit. NOT HERE.... they welcome you like a guest coming to a dinner party and the regal treatment doesn't end there....super great hygienists and attentive Drs....with a mission to keep your smile beautiful
I am happy that I decided to switch to Dr. Mercado from my previous dentist. My first appointment was a pleasant experience.
