Lauren did a good job. Sometimes hygienists poke your gums too many times, but she did great.
Adjusted to need for drugs left at home; have them at office instead of patient responsibility
The dental hygienist should introduce herself by name at each appointment. Sometimes I do not remember their name, or they look very different from the previous appointment.
