I wouldn't go anywhere else; the doctors and staff are wonderful I really appreciate the knowledge, communications, office procedures, flexibility and customer service. I always feel that I get personal, professional care from everyone. I've been seeing Dr. Mercado since the 80s when the office was on Sashabaw Road and I owe my dental health to the information and outstanding dental care and options that he's given me over the years. Also, thank you Kathy and the office staff who provide the same level of caring.
Dr. Opie and Dr. Mercado are always very pleasant. They explain what they are doing and why. Over the years they have taken my worst dental problems, that I thought were impossible to fix, and sent me home very happy about the outcome. I think they do a great job.
Always prompt. Staff is very friendly. I have a lot of trust in the dentist. Explanations for everything. All questions answered..
