Went in for a ring repair and the service + work done were both excellent! Staff was friendly, helpful, and did a great job at settings expectations. Ring was repaired and shined up beautifully :)
After much research, I chose Owen’s to upgrade my wedding set. I met with Bruce in person to go over design. He is truly a delightful person and his decades of jewelry experience made me feel confident I chose the right business. I left the appointment feeling confident that my vision was going to come to life. I then worked directly with Clayton to design my dream set. Shopping at Owen Jewelry was fantastic. Ashley was very knowledgeable and she was able to explain all the subtleties of ring buying. She didn't make me feel pressured at all and was flexible around my busy schedule.
