Waited 1.5 hours and finally had to cancel to reach other appointments. Staff asked if I wanted to reschedule? I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and this was the last straw. They have competent physicians but staff is curt, insensitive and uncaring.

RecommendedI have extreme anxiety and had an MRI today. Donna and Melissa were awesome! Got through MRI with no problems thanks to them! They Rock!
They’re always behind schedule and whenever you call they act as though you’re bothering them and it’s just a hassle to deal with you. I’m just not happy with them at all. Especially when it comes to my children’s care. I don’t appreciate the poor service in that department. When you call to make a sick child appointment and they say we can see you tomorrow that is UNACCEPTABLE. They need to get their act together.
