I spoke with Carlene Hebert a couple of times this week. She was so helpful with what I needed. It's nice to speak to someone you feel comfortable with. I give Carlene also a 5 star.
The staff at Mr Bruce State Farm are awesome! But I will give a shout to Ms Carline. She's very accommodating as well as personal.She pulls up my granddaughter Jada or our account before I take a seat. And let me not forget to mention that this office keeps you well hydrated. They will ask you if you need something to drink.Lol Love and appreciate them.
Mrs Carlene is amazing she is very helpful. She really takes the time to answer all of my questions and help me with any problems I may have every time I call. If you ever need help with any of your insurance needs give her a call she is amazing!!!! Mrs. Carlene YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!!
