The entire installation and service department for this company is grossly mismanaged and disorganized. During a repair we had a technician damage our membrane roof lining. When performing the repair I observed the technician open a brand new parts box, pull one small item out, do the replacement & they then kept the rest of the pieces in the box that they charged me for
This company will lie to you about the work they perform. They will charge you for components not replaced and will send technicians out that damage your equipment then blame everything else. Most of the techicians who show up don't even know how to repair the issues. No accountability and terrible correspondence from the office staff. I have worked in several buildings that contract this company and we have never had a decent experience from booking a call to billing.
