During a repair we had a technician damage our membrane roof lining. When performing the repair I observed the technician open a brand new parts box, pull one small item out, do the replacement & they then kept the rest of the pieces in the box that they charged me for
This company will lie to you about the work they perform. They will charge you for components not replaced and will send technicians out that damage your equipment then blame everything else. Most of the techicians who show up don't even know how to repair the issues. No accountability and terrible correspondence from the office staff. I have worked in several buildings that contract this company and we have never had a decent experience from booking a call to billing.

The entire installation and service department for this company is grossly mismanaged and disorganized. I find it hilarious that this company has only bad reviews about their drivers and refuse to do anything about it. 3/12 at 650am, a truck I followed for 5 miles down federal nearly hit several people and rode my ass so hard, I couldn't even see his headlights behind me anymore. I have a dash cam and footage I can post all over the internet if you'd like. Hire people that drive like normal people. Is that difficult? It must be for you, apparently.
Lori is one of the best HVAC technicians I've ever met. She’s consistently honest and incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. She’s always ready to help with any questions and is willing to teach. Because of her, I will definitely continue to call your company. You have a talented and intelligent employee in Lori.
