For those who don't want to read my whole review, in summary, Bruce and his team did for me that no other team could. Buying our townhouse was a fight from the beginning and it was assuring to know I had a lion on my side. It all started in a day before Christmas, the townhouse I've been renting for 5 years the owner wants to sell, I felt it was the worse time for the worse news. Getting a home for the first time is frightening, exciting, and can be overwhelming at times. Bruce was a referral from a friend, and I'm so glad I went with Bruce for my first home! He went beyond my expectations by going out with my partner and I to see homes night after night as I was on a time-crunch to get a home asap!
