I don't think I would change anything.
Dr. Nelson is a great dentist. Everyone on his staff makes you feel comfortable. I trust Dr. Nelson completely, and I travel 125 miles each way from Tucson.
I like the texts I receive for reminders.

Very pleasant experience - very personable yet totally professional.
During and after the impressions I would have liked to have been given tissue and given advice to breathe thru my nose PRIOR to the goop going in. It would have also been nice to have been given water to rinse with and be walked up to the front desk. Everything else was seamless and EXCEEDED expectations!
