Dr. Keyser and his staff were amazing - from the front door through check-in and prep, everything exceeded my expectations. These doctors are extremely busy, and he took the time to really help me understand my diagnosis and the treatment. Highly recommend NJR.
Dr Kaiser was great however I had to sit waiting for 1.5 hours to see him. I came 15 min early as requested for my 9:00 appointment and got called at 10:30. My time is also valuable and should be respected…..left at 11am…. So 2hrs, 15 min total time….
I've been Dr. Keyser's patient for about 25 years now. He is nothing short of fantastic. All those years ago he used laser surgery to mend a tear in my retina and he has seen me once a year ever since to check on the status of the repair. Fortunately, I've had 25 years of good reviews. He's definitely a keeper. By the way, the rest of the supporting staff is phenomenal too!!!
