I don’t usually do reviews, but given the published reviews for Dr. Matt I wanted to share a positive experience. We saw Dr. Matt for our daughter’s recurring ear infections. We’ve waited months and jumped through so many hoops to get into this office and have this appointment. So after reading these reviews before her appointment, we were obviously concerned. What a disappointment. We waited 3 months to see this Dr and he did absolutely nothing to help my daughter. We did appreciate his suggestion of pointing a blow dryer at her ear to move the wax out. Shame on him. I know she might not be the worse case he has seen, but she was in pain and he was very unhelpful.
Dr. Matt is knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. The care my daughter received from everyone at Riley North was topnotch. I am grateful for Dr. Matt's expertise as my daughter is recovering well from her surgery. Thank you!
