I even got a good laugh when the hygeinist handed me the dryer-outer gizmo because she said it gives the patient more control. I didn't say, but it would take holding something more than that for a patient to feel in control strecthed out to dry in the chair like that. Just a little humor there, much appreciated.
I was in your office to see if a false tooth that fell out of my mouth might be re-installed. It could, and it was re-installed quickly, painlessly, and carefully. The people were courteous, efficient, and professional. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks!
