What can I say ? Dr. Edelman is awesome ! You may have to wait a little while once you get there, but he will spend the time you need to go over your concerns. He's thorough, but don't interrupt or you will be scolded lol. And try not to "overwhelm" him...
If I could give Dr. Edelman negative stars I would. I waited over an hour to see him and upon seeing him I truly regret not going to urgent care or anywhere else but to him. He was arrogant, argumentative and extremely abrasive. He shoved the endoscope in and out of my nostrils many times and each time more aggressively. He then administered a Covid test and this is the first time after taking many Covid tests in the past that I had the swab so far up my nasal passage that after administering the test I bled from my nostrils... read more
I called ENT & Allergy Assoc. looking to see a Dr. because I had the sensation of gum stuck in my throat. Dr. Edelman did a Nasopharyngoscopy while I was in the office and determined I actually had gastric reflux and gave me a number of methods to treat it. He was quite clear about the need to get it under control and has helped very much. I appreciated his directness and no nonsense approach all the while showing kindness and empathy. I also found him to be a wonderful listener.
Awesome doctor but their front office is extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Their fax# in university radiology was incorrect, which I had to coordinate between the 2 offices to get updated. Even after repeated calls to ENT Allergy Associates office to confirm if they received the report from Radiology which was sent on the correct number 2 days ago, there is no confirmation (as the call only gets picked by the call center which is of no use; apparently they confirm of passing the message to ENT Allergy As... read more
