I had an accident in AZ and THOUGHT I needed an attorney to help me. While the staff and everyone was very friendly (this is why I'm giving 2 stars) Mr. Brown himself did not listen to me, talked down to me, and reminded me often that he had been doing this for YEARS. He REFUSED to submit request for settlement higher then what he thought was reasonable, even though I knew insurance works low ball.
