Mr. Cavenaugh treated us as if we were his family. We walked away knowing that we made a good decision buying from Automart. Everyone there was so kind. Adrian really took into account what we were looking for and you could tell that he cared. Robbie helped us get through the never ending pile of paperwork to sign and was very easy to talk to. The only thing that I didnâ??t like is that I was promised work to be done on my car, but I have not been contacted to schedule a mechanical appointment.
I was recommended to Bruce Cavenaugh's and told to ask for Matt. However, when I arrived for the first time a nice man Adrian approached me and took great care of me. Adrian answered all questions I had and then I was followed by Matt answering more questions I had. This was a first time experience for me and I would not have wanted to do it with any other automart. From here on out if I know of anybody needing a new car or wanting to trade their car in, I am recommending them to Bruce Cavenaugh's Automart for sure!
Most pleasurable car buying experience weâ??ve ever had! 1st time ever going to look at a vehicle with absolutely no intention to purchase and 4 hours later driving away in our new to us vehicle! After an unexpected accident(nobody hurt) we found ourselves in need of a car immediately.We were impressed with the selection,service and ease which we experienced and were able to purchase a fantastic Toyota 4Runner by the end of the day .Thank you!
We were shopping for a car for our 16 year old son and had a great experience at Bruce Cavenaugh's. The entire staff was a pleasure! Adrian was great, and Bruce was very honest and down to earth. I'll go back when it's time to buy a car for my daughter!
