Bruce did a great job for us
Bruce did an incredible job helping me sell my home. He hired a photographer to take amazing photos inside and out, and provided a comprehensive study of comparable properties to come up with a good sales price. Best of all, Bruce encouraged me to go with a higher price than I thought feasible, and it worked. My house closed within 6 weeks of the listing going live, exactly what I wanted. Bruce also wisely counseled me through the inspection/negotiation process. I could not have done this without him!
