I live in Florida and own a house in the Columbus area and a water line coming from the meter to the house broke leaving the tenants with no water. Bruce went out and fixed the lead the next day and was very reasonable on the price. mailed me the invoice to pay with a check. This was the first time i had ever talked to him. You dont find service like that anymore.
