My wife happens to be the hygienist referred to by Reviewer #1. She came home shaken from the experience of dealing with this patient, who arrived late and seemed quite agitaged. When my wife asked if today might not be a good day, and would she feel better if she could come another day, the patient mistook my wife's sympathy for rudeness, and stormed off to confront Dr. Bothwell. Both my mother-in-law and myself have stopped going to Dr. Bothwell because of poor customer service from the hygenists as well as from Dr. Bothewell himself. The hygenist was so rude that I will simply not return. Additionally, in a previous procedure, the filling I received was too high (a first in my 30 years) and when I complained I was initially rebuffed. The same thing happened to my mother-in-law.
