Bruce Baker and Remax Infinity have been wonderful to work with when I sold my house in December. A house which he also helped me buy 16 years ago, he listened and cared about what I wanted and needed. He also assisted us in buying and building the house we are in now. I believe that it was due to his wisdom and experience that the house that I sold was under contract within 3 days of being listed. I would give him 10 stars if it were available, I could not ask for a better or more professional realtor.
I see all the positive 5 star reviews and wonder where my experience went wrong. Bruce did show us a house in Milton, Florida and was very professional. After inquiring about another property, I received a call back and was informed (not very nicely I might add) he was on vacation and I had waken him since he was in a different country. Sorry, didn't know that. He then informed me "Only contact me by email". Sent email and never heard from him or his team again. I'm sure this is an isolated incident towards me.
