My 11 year old went in for glasses staff had her pick any frame she wanted however unbeknownst she picked a women's frame not realizing and there professionalism failed to advise otherwise. My wife noticed when we picked them up they looked to big for her being a child. I feel very unhappy I tried to make an appt with Dr.B they called him like that Mediterranean because he told me if I have double vision or bold to call him but they gave me an appt for the end of the month I just walked in and they can’t see me because he was very busy after he told me as above. I have been seeing Dr. V for the past three years. My initial visit occurred after having some serious ocular health issues. Dr. V took the time to note my history, listened to my concerns, and made me feel at ease. Unfortunaly, the reception staff are not very professional and are rude.
