Very friendly and pleasant the staff was on time with a wram personality. Doctor was on time friendly and explained things well
Didn't wait long and they took there time with you.. and listen to what I had to say and work with me with the situation I was dealing with
While I love Dr Monaghan, that particular office is way too crowded and the wait way too long, given the time spent with him. Plus I had to meet with the scheduler for surgery which was an additional 45+ minute wait. Then he spoke WAY too fast and I have trouble hearing. I asked him to slow down but he didn’t. Hopefully I answered correctly. In the future I will schedule my appointments at the West Deptford office
