This is definitely a family friendly dentistry. My family began going to this practice about 35 years ago when Bob Hester was there. He was the only dentist my 3 boys went to as children and they loved to go. Bruce joined his dad in the practice and when Bob retired, we started seeing Bruce and have done so ever since...wouldn't go anywhere else. And our hygienist Edna...she's the best.
This is the only dentist office, in my entire life, that I honestly look forward to go... everyone is so friendly yet professional, and I have always had good experiences when there. I truly recommend them to everyone.
We took our 5 kids in today (only 3 being old enough to get a cleaning), along with my husband & myself. We had an awesome experience & any nervousness the kids had was immediately dispelled! They were so kind to work quicker/longer than they planned with our family to help us get in & out quicker! (Originally, our appointments were before & after lunch time - with 5 of us, I'm sure it's hard to schedule that time slot! I've been a patient of Dr. Hester for around a decade and he is one of the best. It is a very comfortable office environment due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff who make you feel welcome and comfortable. That's their intent since each of them is aware that a dental visit tends to make most people a little anxious. Of course, I am an avowed coward so others may not mind it. The dental hygienist, Rebecca, was amazing with my sons first appointment this morning! And the receptionists, Melissa, Erica, Christi have been so so helpful! I brought in my pack-n-play for my 6-month old and had my other 3 kiddos with my mom in and out of the waiting room....its been such a gentle and friendly experience! And Dr. Andrea has been so helpful with my kids and sensitive to my 8 year old with the cavity....I love the hometown, family environment and how they know patients by name! They do a great job! I'm a baby when it comes to having my teeth cleaned and they really are careful and caring! I also had my first filling here and it was not an unpleasant experience like I imagined! Keep up the awesome work!
