DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER! Brad did a terrible job at appraising the home. The home came at a higher value in 2021 and he appraised it lower than 3 years ago before we even fixed the home. We even shared the old appraisal report so he gets a better idea. He discounted all the upgrades even though we had a booklet showing before and after photos and list of landscaping plants we have added to the property including adding trees & more that increases property value. I have two appraisers come to the house. Brubaker appraiser were not professional at all. He first told me that this was a great house it should be sold before his report came out. So I told him I got a full price offer on hand after only one open house and 1 showing in two days and there were many requests for showing. The appraiser said I should have had my agent go out to solicitate multiple offers. My house were listed too low.
