DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER! Brad did a terrible job at appraising the home. The home came at a higher value in 2021 and he appraised it lower than 3 years ago before we even fixed the home. We even shared the old appraisal report so he gets a better idea. He discounted all the upgrades even though we had a booklet showing before and after photos and list of landscaping plants we have added to the property including adding trees & more that increases property value.
