Checked everything thoroughly, no issues found.
The issue was a faulty capacitor, which they identified and replaced within an hour. It's been a week since the repair and the A/C has been running smoothly without any further issues.
After getting a different opinion because the first technician seemed unsure, this HVAC expert dismantled the A/C system efficiently and pointed out worn components that had been missed earlier. The job took most of the afternoon, but it was thorough, and everything was reassembled with care.
Routine check done well, no issues.
The old thermostat was inaccurate and causing heating issues, so the technician installed a new one and took about an hour to ensure it was calibrated correctly and connected with the furnace. This was completed efficiently, and the running tests confirmed stable temperature control immediately afterward.
