I was very interested in a vehicle listed on Facebook. When I inquired about the vehicle the sales agent was rude and condescending. I was looking to pay cash for a reasonable temporary car, I do my research and shop around to know the best price for the car. Apparently he did not appreciate the fact that I did my research on pricing prior to looking for a vehicle. I will be buying a car this weekend and paying cash, it just will not be from this dealership. Hopefully others are treated with more respect in the future.

Make sure you are prepared and pull up kelly blue book and check the prices, test drive the car, ask questions about the deposit and pricing. I blindly trusted that i was getting a good deal, his friend told me he sold cars on no interest. I turns out he sells them over kelly blue book value if you dont pay cash. He never explained this. The laws protect the dealer not the consumers. I purchased a 2008 BMW 535xi for my wife from BRP last month and we love it, drove it to Valdosta and back twice with no issues. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
Owner threatened me when I paid $7k for a car and things started breaking. They pay nothing for these cars at Auction and up sell crap like crazy. Whole family is a bunch of scum bags.
I traveled to Jacksonville from Virginia due to falling in love with a car. You could not ask for a nicer couple to work with. They were willing to pick me up at airport, were prompt with paperwork, as well as putting tires on the car for me to have a safe trip back!! Highly recommend after 23 hours of traveling in 28 hours I am just as happy today as when I pulled off the lot!! Will definitely do business here again!!!
Bought a 2004 Honda civic in 2013 or 2014 from BRP and here it is 2018 and I still have the same car. Bought it cash with them for 3,200. If I was ever looking to purchase another cash car, BRP would be my first stop!
I bought the 2005 Acura RSX on 9/9. It's a great car. The car buying process was easy. I was in and out within 30 minutes including the test drive. I picked up the title today, 9/21. They went to the DMV for me so I didn't have to do anything but pick it up. Everything was exactly as promised. Very pleased with this experience.
