My family and I went to Browz for our first time this January on recommendation from a friend. Our experience was amazing. The staff are so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. One of my favorite things is the ladies are so honest in giving opinions and suggestions on which frames suit you the best. I will never go anywhere else. Amazing customer service. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and willing to help. I can't say enough good things. The eye exams are very reasonably priced and they have excellent warranty/replacement on kids glasses. Best place in town!!
Friendly staff and very efficient. Always find it a chore to pick out glasses but Joy made it fun and she was very truthful and helped me to pick the perfect pair. The glasses came back very fast as well. Thankyou Browz Eyeware for all your help.
All I can say is the staff & doctors at Browz are absolutely amazing! Dr. Chan was very thorough with my eye exam & answered all of my questions. The assistants took the time to guide me through the process of choosing the right frame & lenses for my needs. Big shout out to Charissa for talking me into these awesome Ray Ban frames! This office is absolutely amazing. From the minute you are greeted by the ladies at the front to the moment you have your exam with Dr. Chan is the best experience and warmest welcoming. They are all so knowledgeable and actually give options and recommendations when it comes to contacts and eye wear.
