It is uncalled for to be going into purchase a vehicle and to hear an employee say that a customer is not welcomed in the dealership. I was very turned off by the dealership this past week. I was walking to the restroom when I heard an employee named Luis coming in from some glass doors by the cars in the back say that a customer was unwelcomed to step foot in the dealership ever again. Professionalism needs to be gone over and reminded
Personally I never have an issue coming to Toyota. I bought a Toyota 4 runner with Brownsville Toyota. Everyone else made it difficult or complicated. But Carlos Lucio cut down to the point. I told him what I wanted, the payment I needed and he got it done. I would definately recommend Carlos if you are looking for an amazing, experienced and direct sales guy. He does amazing work. I want to thank Brownsville Toyota for helping my girlfriend in the purchase of her RAV4. They made the paperwork process easier and I’m especially thankful for Brownsville Toyota delivering the vehicle to her. Having this vehicle will make things easier for her and our baby on the way!
