They scheduled my appointment a week away, which was fine. I show up for my appointment and they tell me that there's an extra $10 on my copay. I asked why and they said because if you wait till the day of your appointment for them to download they charge you 10 dollars. I asked them why didn't you download last week when you made my appointment. They said we can reschedule you for tomorrow and save you $10. But I had already taken off work to come here today. Zero stars - Worse dr office ever. The staff is rude they overcharge you. Do not go to this office find someone else. I go the extra mile now with someone else, much better service then this one. I do not know why they are still open. Need to report them.
I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in waited for over 2 hours and when I asked why such a long wait I was told the Dr was out of the office and doesn't come in for another 2 hours. I had another appointment my CO pay was already paid and when I came back I had to pay again. This place is very rude. I was also in the hospital and guess who has the pulmonary at the hospital these same group the dr's were rude and if I asked anything I was laughed at and told they knew what they were doing.
