Dr. Patel was my daughter‘s doctor for one year and let me tell you bad experience every time we would go there will be nobody in the lobby(patients) and yet I would wait 30 minutes just to be seen. Not to mention they would make me fill out paperwork every time I’d visit. Also, the paperwork would be printed sloppy it wouldn’t be centered. It looked like they printed out the sheets in a hurry. We had a terrible experience at this practice. First , everything that you need fill out with your important information are photocopied. You sense from the beginning that is going to be a bad experience. Unprofessional staff, they do not about insurance, customer service or anything. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked when is going to be my turn, surprisingly the pediatrician wasn’t there yet 😮 🤯 and nobody cares to inform me. Worst pediatrician, Patel does all the work doesn’t have enough time for every single patient. Took me one appointment to change clinics. Glad I did
We love Dr. Patel and her team. They take us back right away and I love that there aren’t a lot of patients waiting in her lobby. She’s very efficient with her scheduling which I appreciate. She gives me samples for my toddler to try and her recommendations and treatment have always worked. We are so appreciative of her services.
Definitely do not recommend this doctor , went in yesterday with a terrible cough and a ringing ear just to be told its allergies when I’ve never had allergies in my life before I was told I was going to get ear drops for my ringing ear and I just got ibuprofen . Terrible .
