First of all this staff needs to be fired or retrained. In cooperate staff including owner. I went in on a a recommded rating. So disappointed with eye prescription service not the doctor on my the staff. My eye glass order was over charge more than 800 00. The owner did not believe me. She acted as it was my fault. There is no communication between doctor and patient. It's not allowed. Selling.id merchants knitting hats are a lot more important. Do not go THERE. Professional treatment from the Dr. and the staff. I will continue to be a patient for years.
Dr. is great! staff is unorganized. I called a day before going in as a walk in & the guy I spoke with was ok with it. I go in as a walk in and the front lady stated I couldn’t be seen because of “too many appointments”. The guy should’ve just told me “no walk ins allowed”.
