Your customer service in your front desk sucks! Was placed on hold 3 times. First time on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up, called again and when front desk person answered; she placed me on hold. Was on hold for 5 minutes. Then, picked up couldn’t get an appt and giving the run around about the appt. Asked for her name and she hung up. I called again, had me on hold for 13 minutes. I have the screen shot of the call and it shows the clinics number. I have insurance and wanted an appt. Not so sure anymore.
