The appointment was abruptly canceled on the same day, leaving me surprised and disappointed as there was no prior notice provided. When it comes to hair, brownstone is the way, my daughter got a sew in and I got micro links, best decision. Thank you Stephanie for the wonderful amazing work you do to our hair, I know we can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking our best. Thank you Brownstone.

Stephanie ,,, does a great job at doing hair. I’ve read a lot of comments in regards to no appts and long wait.I’ve Never had to wait long . Does some things need to be improved yes. But the quality of her work is everything

Stephanie does a really good job so I want to like this place, but I have had terrible experiences 2 out the 3 times I have ATTEMPTED to get my hair done here. I drove a long way out here to have my hair done by her and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. There are multiple addresses found for this business and I drove to all of them thinking maybe I had the wrong address. There are other braiders just as good and it’s not worth the frustration coming to Brownstones.
