I would review several reviews, but as someone who experienced brownstone firsthand, I would believe every negative review I'm sure the positive ones have truth to them too, but if you go through the negative reviews, they'll outweigh any pros that you come across in these reviews. I’ve always had a good relationship with Brownstone, that is until we moved out. We cleaned the townhouse for days, replaced bulbs, and painted/patched any issues. A long exhaustive list that seemed crazy was given to us by Brownstone before we left. I wanted to do the right thing and leave on good terms so I did everything asked and more. Pretty terrible experience. They Charge random fees.they Don’t listen to the residents when there’s an issue or even a safety issue for example mold on the roof or leaking roofs. Horrible customer service Trish Brock will ignore your concerns, cut you off mid conversation, she also was very disrespectful and hung up in my face when I called to explain why I was unhappy about the fandoms fees they were charging me. never renting from them ever again. Would not recommend this rental company. As someone who has rented for 6 years this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We ran into multiple problems with communication and maintenance requests. When we moved in there was mold on the ceiling in the basement that they “forgot to spray” before we moved in. We had to wait months for our back door to be fixed.
