All about application fees
I just wanna say that the experience that I had recently with moving from one property to A new property happened so seamlessly it happened so smooth and fast. I am very thankful for the staff and how quickly they helped me with my situation helped me get into my new place. They even give courtesy calls And emails to remind you of deadlines and payments. The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend that you rent with brownstone properties.
10/10 the worst people ever, I was interested in renting a unit that they had and the lady at the front desk was absolutely terrible
These people are beyond criminal. They let mold grow in our bathroom for over 4 years, we did everything we could (dehumidifier and bleach and every mold product you could think off.) Kelly E and most them should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. We rented from yall for over 8 years (never late on rent once) and asked for maintenance to be done and yall would duck tape and super glue.
