My Husband & I are excited to be moving into one of brownstone’s property in a couple of days. We are very pleased with the way our concerns were handled in a timely fashion. From the time Kelly showed me the property and now 1 1/2 years later, she continues to provide timely attention and service any time I contact her. Whether it be questions I have or service to the house, Kelly is always on top of it with her friendly and professional responses. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I became a tenant with Brownstone in May of 2020. From the very beginning of the lease we had many issues with our apartment. I moved in with another individual and we signed a contact that statement no pets and no people were allowed to live their on the lease. Not only were both of these clauses broken immediately, when brought to Brownstones attention, they were not supportive at all. Upon looking for a home in the Lunchburg area, I explored MANY properties! Lord at least 30... I had heard negative reviews about Brownstone Properties. So I stayed away from even looking at any of their homes. But to my amazement, as I was out one day, I saw this beautiful home, it was large, roomy, and a very nice yard, great neighborhood.
