Very Good Experience We rented a house from Brownstone and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful when we went to their office. They let us check out keys and take a look at several places on our own before we decided. We needed to move in pretty quickly and they got everything done and we moved in that weekend. Some of the negative comments sound like students who probably got what they deserved. We've had one maintenance problem and we filled out the form online and they had a service guy out the next day.
Rented a great apartment! I rented an apartment from Brownstone on Pinehurst Ave, and the rent was very affordable. The apartment was very well kept, and the rental agents were extremely nice. Would definitely recommend renting from Brownstone if you are looking for a short-term rental!
Scam Artists!! I would give them negative stars if possible.. Renting with Brownstone was the most horrible experience of my life and it is now going to impact me for the rest of my life. I moved in with the understanding that my walls were painted as a rainbow and I had no closet doors. Before I moved in I had many friends recommend not moving in. During the time moving in there they have cheated me out of over $1,500 by sliding fees in there here and there. I finally gave up and put in my notice to move out only to find ou... read more
Bad Service I have a home in Sterling Park on Old Forest Road. This the worst property manager I have ever worked with. They lie and tell me when they are going to fix things. Maintenance stinks. The hire a towing company too far away to do any meaningful work. Never return phonecalls. I do not understand how they stay in business.
