Brownstone doesn't manage bed bugs but George STILL took the time to call me back and spent 15 minutes providing me with a ton of information of what to look for and service recommendations if I ended up having a problem. Not many business would take the time to do that knowing they wouldn't receive the bill at the end. I hope I never have to use him but if I do it will be Brownstone!
This is long overdue, but if you're looking to make your apartment pest-free George at Brownstone Pest Control is 100% the way to go! A few years ago we moved into a first floor walkup in Hoboken that seemed fine, but almost immediately ran into issues with roaches. We had a great experience with George and brownstone pest control. George was very responsive when making the appointment. We had a large roach problem in our Hoboken apartment and George came quickly and was very knowledgeable. After one treatment the roaches were basically gone! We were very impressed and plan to have George back for maintenance service as well. I can’t recommend brownstone pest control enough!
George is great! He replies to texts/calls any day of the week and comes prepared and on time. We have used George for mice and ants and were satisfied each time. Highly recommend!
George was nice enough to come over the day after I called him about a mouse problem we are having. He is a true gentleman/professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He checked the entire apartment for possible entry points for the little critter. I would recommend his services (Brownstone Pest Control) to anyone who has pest issues. Thank you, George.
