Hands down the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with and the worst place I’ve ever lived. My unit had an egregious mouse infestation. In July 2025, the City of Philadelphia cited the property for habitability violations. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Been renting a house from them for 10 years, never had a problem when I needed something fixed. Very nice landlord
MY partner and I rented two beautiful homes with Brownstone. Both homes had been renovated before we moved in. Let me say their work is exceptional. Both homes were beautiful. We rented with them for almost 10 years. It was alway a pleasure when dealing with their management. Ivin was our direct contact. From day one he was excellent in his management of the properties. I have lived in one of the brownstone apartment. If there was ever any issued, the management team address the problem. Mr. Ivin will sent someone out quickly to fit what ever the issue may be. Hands down to the quick services of the repairs that was made by the brownstone management team.
