Update:I was contacted and able to sort out entry to my other unit. Autumn was very personable and professional. She was able to let me know when she would be available and was kind of being called in to cover this new area for now. I was able to communicate with her and get things sorted out. Friendly staff always there with any questions. Good storage units to store your stuff in.
5 stars for the gentleman on the phone who helped me. We spent 25 minutes sorting out the (3rd) new contract and auto pay. 4 stars for being able to get into my units in spite of the change in management/ownership. 3 stars for expiring links that kept me from managing online, and while my information was ported over, I could not set up a new sign in.... probably because "expired". 2 stars for not answering the phone during posted business hours, and for keeping me on hold with some scary horror movie elevator music for 5 min... read more
Signing up was very easy, and immediately after finishing applying I received a confirmation email and phone call explaining how to get in to my unit. Getting into my unit was also easy. Cheap prices, easy application, and easy access
Great customers service and support. Lots of different size units to meet all storage needs. Highly recommend this facility!
