Counter staff very helpful in finding the right cartridge for my sink faucet. Paying $36 for the same item later found elsewhere for $14 was disappointing, especially since they advertise as selling “wholesale”.
The girl who helped me over the phone, i believe her name was Marissa, completely shut me down when I called asking for help with a cartridge. I named the brand, offered to send pictures to their help line, and she had no clue what I was talking about, and ended up hanging up on me. I went to Van Marke and they were able to help me right away. If you have to go to Browns, ask for someone knowledgeable.
The person behind the counter was very helpful in recommending different places to try to find my adapter for my sink. Still looking.
They are very professional and had the older parts I needed.
