The girl who helped me over the phone, i believe her name was Marissa, completely shut me down when I called asking for help with a cartridge. I named the brand, offered to send pictures to their help line, and she had no clue what I was talking about, and ended up hanging up on me. I went to Van Marke and they were able to help me right away. If you have to go to Browns, ask for someone knowledgeable.
The person behind the counter was very helpful in recommending different places to try to find my adapter for my sink. Still looking.
They are very professional and had the older parts I needed.
Marissa Lugo is one of the most pleasant people i have dealt with. I have seen it all and customer service is a really big thing for me, i haven’t experienced that level of customer service in a long long long time. She is an absolute rockstar. If you need ANYTHING, get with Marissa. You will NOT be disappointed!!
