Loved the car shopping experience here but not the service department. Our salesman even warned us about the service department being tough to deal with. Almost every time I get work done, it seems like the customers are such a hassle for them. I’ve called ahead to make an appointment and they say I can’t make an appointment for that service, it’s walk in only. So I show up and they scold me for not making an appointment. This was hands-down the most pleasant car buying experience of our lives. Israel Moreno was MARVELOUS -- very attentive to our needs and concerns, especially after my auto accident. During the test drive, he focused on making sure I understood how to use all of the safety features in the car, how to get the most out of cruise control to take pressure off my cranky right hip, etc. He was terrific.
Great new car buying experience! No pushy sales tactics, smooth, easy and painless transaction from start to finish. And Eric our sales man was great, when we came back to pick up our car (Subaru Forester) he was handling about 4 customers at the same time in various stages of the deal. Never missed a beat!
