Cute shop, outstanding customer service.
Paid 108.00 for a small plant to be delivered. was supposed to be notified when it was delivered, i was not. recipient was supposed to be called on her cell, she was not. cannot get ahold of anybody as store is closed half of the day and only open 3-4 days a week, as of now its 7:30 pm the next day after the order and no one knows if its been delivered. they also use shopify which is unsafe for your credit cards, emails and any info as many scammers use shopify and they get hacked and shopify sells your info. Lovely flower shop
We had a horrible experience with another florist. Went to Brown’s flowers and everything was great. They treat you like they care about your event. The flowers were beautiful the people helping were incredible. They even have a shop cat.
I went for tea and am pleased with the variety. Parking can be a challenge. Still worth the trip.
