Had to bring in my van from work. Tuscaloosa ford had it for 3 WEEKS WITHOUT FIXING the issue. I take it to Browns and they give me an up front cost. No guessing. “This is how much the part costs, due to weather it’ll be Monday before we can get to it.” That’s EXACTLY what happened. I got a call at 10am saying my van was ready. Transparent, friendly, quick, fixed right. 1000/1000 great company and people.

Someone pulled out in front of me and we had an accident. A friend referred me to Browns Fleet Collision on 69 S. From the first time I called their office, to the time I picked up my car, was nothing short of spectacular! The receptionist in the office was very friendly, her estimated time of completion was accurate and Robert kept me in the loop the whole time.
