Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and non-pressured environment. It was my first vehicle purchase and they answered all my questions and the process could not have been smoother.
My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 from Brown's Mazda. Yassene was the perfect salesman. Very knowledgeable about the car, but never pressured us to make the purchase. Just purchased a new Mazda CX-5. Was a replacement for my 2001 Mazda Tribute which I had purchased from this same dealership. Really like the new CX-5 features, gas mileage, and driving comfort. Tim Veltsistas was great to work with. I have been shopping for a car for several months and he was very patient in finding just what I wanted. It was worth the wait. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured into anything. He got me a great deal too.
I liked how all the associates like Renee were honest. I've never felt like I was being lied to or was being treated unfairly. The car buying experience was easy and enjoyable. I had to wait a bit longer for my car tags but Renee and Jay made sure I was well taken care of.
As a single woman, I appreciated being made to feel like my opinion mattered and what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and a loan was important to the staff. They have exceeded my expectations and I appreciate that. Everyone worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied and happy when I drove off the lot.....job well done!
