The staff is friendly & efficient! Ordering my contacts, making appointments, & any problems that come up are handled with care & knowledge.
I went in today to get replacement frames and got the impression that I was interrupting them, even though there was no one else there at the time. After being ignored a while I just left. If Brown's Eye Center doesn't want me to spend my money there they did a great job today.
